Get To Know Me
Nutritional Therapist Dip NT, mNTOI, AFMCP
My nutrition journey started back in 2013 when I started the Nutrition and Health Coaching course at the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health. In 2014 I received my Nutrition and Health Coaching qualification. Wanting to know more I decided to continue on my studies in Nutritional Therapy which I found fascinating but also challenging. The over riding feeling I got studying nutritional therapy, was that changing ones diet, can have a profound effect on someone's health. I consider myself quite fortunate that I have a set of skills allowing to do this.
I myself, love sports nutrition and practice it everyday through my sport of powerlifting. In 2016 I was very fortunate to win some prestigious accolades in the field of powerlifting. Winning the European M1 Powerlifting Crown in the UK with the WDFPA and followed that with winning a World Deadlifting Crown again in the UK with the WDFPA. Following this I started training for the Worlds with another federation, 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation and in October 2016 in the USA I came out on top and won the world championship in Masters 1 and also won another deadlifting title.
